The 12-Week Training & Nutrition Guide is our most advanced program yet — created for those ready to push their limits and take their results to the next level. This guide combines structured training, effective conditioning, and balanced nutrition to help you transform your physique and mindset over 12 weeks.
You’ll train 5 to 6 times per week, with 3 dedicated leg days and 2 upper-body sessions, plus additional strength and conditioning workouts to challenge your endurance and power. Each session lasts around 50–60 minutes and can be completed in a fully equipped gym.
