The 6-Week Home Shred Training & Nutrition Guide is designed to help you get in your best shape—physically and mentally—right from home. This program combines sweaty supersets, high-intensity workouts, and structured cardio sessions with balanced nutrition to help you build strength, burn fat, and boost your confidence without needing a full gym setup.

You’ll train 5 to 6 times per week, with workouts lasting 20 to 45 minutes, making it easy to stay consistent even with a busy schedule. Inside the guide, you’ll find detailed training and nutrition principles, exercise photos and cues, instructional workout videos, and alternative exercise options so you can adapt every workout to your space and equipment.

To support your progress, the guide also includes 20 delicious, high-protein recipes with calorie and macro information, helping you fuel your workouts and recovery. All you need is a pair of dumbbells (light/medium and medium/heavy) and a stable platform such as a bench or low table. Resistance bands and a mat are optional but can add variety to your training.
