Level Up Guide - 12 Week Gym Program

The Level Up Training & Nutrition Guide is designed to help you grow both physically and mentally over 12 transformative weeks. This program combines structured training, mindset coaching, and balanced nutrition to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency inside and outside the gym.

You’ll follow a 4-day gym split with 2 leg days and 2 upper-body days, plus additional cardio and ab workouts to boost endurance and core strength. Each session takes about 50–60 minutes and can be completed in a fully equipped gym.

Inside the guide, you’ll find detailed information on mindset, training, and nutrition principles, exercise photos and written cues, instructional videos, and a list of alternative exercises so you can tailor your training to your setup.
