Equipment needed

  • Access to a fully equipped gym is required.
  • If you have a home gym, you at least need free weights (barbell, plates and dumbbells), a squat rack, an adjustable bench and ideally a cable station. This still means that you need to perform alternative exercises, as you won't have all machines available that are used in the guide (e.g. hip abduction machine or leg extension machine), but you would be able to stick to most of the schedule.
